Wow.  Life for me has been rather cra-hazy the past while.  We figured we would throw together a family gathering to reconnect and just sit back and relax.  Perfect timing, because PC sent a box full of products for us to try.  They wanted us to tell you what we thought, what we really thought.  So here goes, our thoughts on some PC food for your holiday gatherings:

PC Celebration Sparkling De-alcoholized Wine, Blanc
One of the gals at our gathering does not drink, and she said it was very lovely.  Did not much care for the "sparkling" side of it though.  Something maybe more for a New Year's gathering.

PC Decadent Hot Chocolate
Kids loved it with marshmallows..  With the chocolatey chunks floating around, it does taste a bit more rich than your normal run of the mill hot chocolate.

PC Dark Chocolate Covered Caramels w/ Sea Salt
Everyone LOVED these, kids and adults alike.

PC Black Olive & Fig Tepenade
Ya, not so much.  I served it with the PC Biscuits for Cheese, so maybe that was my mistake.  Feedback was that it would be really great with Brie.  But stand alone... not my fave.  Having said that, I tried the Artichoke one at a party and it was fantastic!

PC Dark Chocolate Candy Cane Bark
Kids gobbled this.  Anything with Candy Cane makes their list.

PC Fruit Cake with Single Malt Whisky
I, for one, am not a fan of Fruit Cake.  But, our guests said:  "Very good - needs more Whisky!"  Hmmm....

Both Tanis and I are big supporters of the PC Brand, now if only they would send us some Joe clothes to review!  :)
